Clash of Clans August 2017 Update: 5 Things to Know

Another big Clash of Clans update is coming in August, known as the 5th-anniversary update. At the same time, a lot of strange events are going on inside the game right now. In case you missed it, the Builder in Clash of Clans left our villages, and Builder Huts have for sale signs on them. Big changes are coming soon. Here’s what you need to know and what we think is coming next.

Currently, there is a one-gem boost in Clash of Clans, and the Battle Ram from Clash Royale made a brief appearance. Now, Giants are doing upgrades instead of builders. It’s an odd change, but just one of many that are coming soon. While most the recent updates were for the Builder Base, our original bases are about to get something new.
